RoundReady Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026 · RoundReady is owned and operated by Article X-29 Inc., a Florida corporation.

RoundReady is an inspection and compliance logbook for facility and maintenance teams. It's built to work offline: the records you create stay on your device. We don't run servers that hold your inspection data, and the app has no sign-up or account.

1. What the App Stores

On your device only: the sites, locations and equipment you add; checklists and templates; inspection results, notes and timestamps; photos you take as proof; signatures; the inspector name you enter; issues and their status; reminder schedules; and the shops and checklists you pick during setup.

This information is saved in the app's private storage on your phone or tablet. It isn't sent to us or to anyone else. We can't see it, and we can't recover it for you if it's lost.

2. What We Don't Collect

We don't require an account, email address or password. We don't collect your location, contacts or advertising identifier. The app has no analytics, ads, or cross-app tracking.

3. Camera and Photos

RoundReady asks for camera access so you can scan QR labels and take inspection photos. Scanning happens on your device. Photos are compressed and saved in the app's storage. You can turn camera access off anytime in your device settings, and you can still use the rest of the app.

4. Notifications

Reminders for upcoming and overdue inspections are scheduled on your device by your phone's operating system. We don't send them from a server, and we don't receive anything when they fire. You can turn them off in your device settings.

5. Reports and Sharing

When you export a PDF report or print QR labels, the app creates the file on your device and opens your phone's share sheet. Where it goes next, such as email, AirDrop, a printer or a cloud drive, is up to you, and that service's own privacy policy applies.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Apple (on iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (on Android) handles all billing. We never see your card number or billing address.

We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription or free trial is active. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID that isn't linked to your name or email, your App Store or Google Play purchase records, and basic technical details such as device type, operating system and app version. It doesn't receive anything you've entered in the app. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

7. Backups

We don't make backups of your data. If your phone's own backup is turned on (iCloud Backup on iPhone or Google backup on Android), your device may include RoundReady's data in that backup under your Apple or Google account.

8. Deleting Your Data

Deleting the RoundReady app removes everything it stored on that device. Because we don't hold a copy, there's nothing for us to delete on our side and no account to close. Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

9. Children

RoundReady is a workplace tool for adults and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

If what the app collects or shares changes in a way that matters, for example if we add an optional account or cloud backup, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change ships.

11. Contact

Send questions about this policy to support@articlex29.com (please mention RoundReady), or by mail to Article X-29 Inc., 5004 East Fowler Ave, Suite C-152, Tampa, FL 33617.
