Safety concerns

To report unsafe or inappropriate behavior, use Report in the app or email us. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first.

Managing your subscription

Road Dog Membership is billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel it, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or go to Profile in the app. Apple handles refunds under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

Go to Profile in the app to delete your account. This permanently and immediately removes your profile, plans and messages. If you can't get into the app, email support.
