Jobs are saved on your phone first. Optional cloud backup moves them to a new phone and opens them on a computer. Backup files and exports (PDFs and spreadsheets) any time. If your plan ends, your history stays readable and exportable.
Got a DoneBrief report?
It was made and sent by the business that did your job, on their own phone. For questions about the work, a payment or a visit, contact that business directly; their details are at the top of the report. Pay links on a report go to the business's own Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle; DoneBrief never handles the money. Photos and times were recorded by the business on their own device.

Does my customer need the app?
No. They get an ordinary PDF by text, email or any app you share it with.
What's free?
Your first three completed reports are free, with every feature, including Pro. After that, a plan is needed to finish reports for new visits. Everything you already made stays available.
What's the difference between DoneBrief and Pro?
DoneBrief covers the report: unlimited reports, checklists, cloud backup and the desktop version. Pro adds the business tools: amount due and pay links, paid and unpaid tracking with reminders, review requests and regular-visit reminders.
Does DoneBrief process payments?
No. Reports carry your own payment links and QR codes; your customer pays you inside Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or your bank. We never touch the money and charge no fees. Venmo and Zelle are US-only.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is saved on your phone as you go, and reports are made on the phone.
A customer asked me to delete their details. Can I?
Yes. Open the customer and tap Delete customer. Their details, visits, photos and reports are erased from the phone, from your cloud backup and from your other devices.
How do I cancel?
Plans are billed by Google Play or the App Store, so you cancel in your store account. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a plan.
Reports are documentation, not verified proof.
