How do I open my library?
On the Clock screen, tap +, set the wheels to your secret time, then press and hold Save until you feel a tap. If you turned on fingerprint or face unlock, confirm it and your library opens.
What happens if someone else tries?
Any other time just saves an ordinary alarm. There's no error message and no hint that anything else is there.
What if I forget my secret time?
Open the ••• menu, then About Keeptime, then Recover Access, and enter your recovery key. You can then choose a new secret time.
Can Article X-29 see my photos?
No. Everything is encrypted on your phone and nothing is uploaded to us. There's no account and no server that holds your library. See the privacy policy.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Make a backup in Settings. It's one encrypted file you keep on your phone, your computer or a drive you choose. On a new phone, install Keeptime, choose Restore from a backup, and enter your recovery key. Without the key, nobody can open the file, including us.
Does deleting the app delete my photos?
Yes. Deleting Keeptime deletes the library on that phone, so keep a recent backup. Photos you added still stay in your gallery unless you deleted them there.
How do I cancel Keeptime Pro?
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and everything you've added stays.
Is Keeptime on iPhone?
Keeptime launches first on Android through Google Play. An iPhone version is in development.
