Keeptime Terms of Use

Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Keeptime is owned and operated by Article X-29 Inc., a Florida corporation.

These terms cover the Keeptime app (the "App"). By downloading or using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Adults Only

Keeptime is for adults 18 and older. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18.

2. Lawful Use Only

Use Keeptime only for photos and videos you have the legal right to have and keep. Illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors, is strictly prohibited. You're responsible for following the laws where you live. Keeptime's privacy features are meant to protect your own personal content; don't use them to hide evidence of a crime or to keep content that belongs to someone else without their permission.

3. Apple App Store Downloads

If you got the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") applies to your use of it, and these terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA controls. Apple isn't responsible for the App or its support; Article X-29 Inc. is.

4. Your License

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

5. Keeptime Pro

Keeptime is free for up to 50 photos and videos. Keeptime Pro removes that limit and adds features such as albums and the decoy library. It's offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App doesn't cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

If Pro ends, nothing you've saved is locked or hidden: you can still view, export and back up everything. You just can't add more than the free limit, create new albums or set up a new decoy library.

6. Your Data and Backups

Your library is encrypted and stays on your phone. We don't keep a copy and we can't recover it. Deleting the App deletes your library. You're responsible for making backups and for keeping your recovery key safe: without it, a backup can't be restored, and we can't reset it for you. See the Keeptime Privacy Policy for details.

7. Alarms

Alarms depend on your phone's settings, battery and operating system and may not always ring. Don't rely on Keeptime alone for anything critical.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any security measure can't be defeated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Article X-29 Inc. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the App changes. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
