Delete Your Road Dog Account

Road Dog Social Club is published by Article X-29 Inc. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

This works the same on iPhone and Android, and takes effect immediately.

1. Open Road Dog and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Delete Everything to confirm.

Can't use the app?

Email support@roaddogsocialclub.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Road Dog account". We'll delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific information.

• Profile details: in the app, go to Profile to change or clear your profession, age range, hobbies, home city and drinking preference. Changes save automatically.
• Plans you joined: open the plan and tap Drop Out.
• Venue suggestions you added: on the Suggestions tab, tap the ⋯ menu on your suggestion and choose Remove my suggestion.
• Blocks: go to Profile → Blocked and tap Unblock.
• Anything else (for example, plan board messages, plans you hosted, reports or usage records): email support@roaddogsocialclub.com from the email address you sign in with and tell us what to delete. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted with your account

• Your sign-in account and email address
• Your profile: name, city and ZIP, drinking preference, the kinds of nights you're up for, profession, age range, hobbies and suggested spots
• Plans you hosted, including who joined them and their message boards
• Your spots in other members' plans and the messages you posted on them
• People you blocked and reports you filed
• Your drink-pass history and alert settings
• Usage records (which actions you took in the app, and when)

What's kept

• Venue suggestions you added stay visible to other members, no longer linked to your account, but still credited with the first name you used. Email us if you'd like them removed too.
• Your early-access list entry, if you joined it on roaddogsocialclub.com, is a separate record. Ask us and we'll delete it as well.
• Reports other members filed about you are kept for safety and legal reasons, including what was reported. See our Child Safety Standards.
• Backups: our database provider's disaster-recovery backups expire on its standard schedule.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Road Dog Membership. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, so cancel it in your App Store account settings (iPhone) or under Payments & subscriptions in the Google Play Store (Android). Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
